It’s been another sleepless night
felt tired and exhausted and fall asleep @ 12:35am
woke up in the middle of the dream @ 2:38am
tried and failed to sleep again till 3:45am
On body:
feeling dizzy, headache, face was numb, dry, hot like fever, notalgia, thrust, palpitations
Mentally:
hard to concentrate, but not very stressed, thinking of (nearly) nothing
Action:
maybe a hot shower
